I always thought that if I couldn\\’t do sports I would be really unhappy because I also did a lot of sports in primary school. And do you know who I liked playing sports with the most? My sister and also my brother. The three of us were really into sports. Maybe it was also because my mother and my father used to swim competitively. I mean, not really competitively, that they maybe swam in the Olympics as well, but they swam for their school. They swam for their elementary school and they each swam for their high school. You might also be wondering if the two of them still went to the same school, the same elementary school and then also the same high school. They each went to a different elementary school, but then they went to high school together. That\\’s also where they met, they met just in the swimming course and then also in the sports activities, especially swimming and also running, when they had swimming training for example. Or running. So they met there and then word got out and they became a couple. And then when they were both going to the same college, my mom got pregnant and she was pregnant with me. I have to admit, I was really excited about it. I jokingly thought maybe we got the athletic genes from them, and I think we did, because my mom and dad still swim. They both said that they couldn\\’t imagine a life that they couldn\\’t swim anymore or that they couldn\\’t do any sport, they even go to the sauna together and still swim and also still go to spinning together. Yes, my father also goes to spinning classes, so I am glad that we all like to do sports in the family, because I personally can\\’t imagine it without sports anymore. I think that playing sports is only good for our bodies. Of course, we mustn\\’t overdo it, so that our body doesn\\’t suffer afterwards for being overworked.
